Danton Vintage Ceramic Vase

A beautiful vintage Harris Potteries vase from Chicago, Illinois, in a rich matte seafoam green glaze with a naturally mottled, weathered surface that gives the piece an almost ancient, archaeological quality. Circa 1960s–1980s. The generous round body with two arched loop handles sits on a small foot, giving it the presence of a classical storage jar or amphora interpreted through a mid-century American lens. The glaze texture is rough and variegated, shifting between pale green, gray, and warm amber tones across the surface.
