Emory Vintage Enamel Bowl

A stunning vintage studio enamel on copper bowl from the 1950s–70s, featuring a radiating composition of feather and petal forms in teal, red, burgundy, gold, green, and purple on a rich turquoise ground. The design was drawn through layers of wet enamel before firing, creating the intricate fine-line detail within each form. Multiple colors were built up through successive kiln firings, each layer adding depth and luminosity to the surface. The bare copper rim edge is a hallmark of hand-formed studio enamelware and adds a warm metallic contrast to the vivid interior. Exceptionally light in hand, as is characteristic of fine copper enamel work
