Vincen Vintage Ceramic Vase

A striking vintage studio ceramic vase with a beautifully layered horizontal glaze composition in burgundy, sandy cream, blue-gray, teal, and olive, each band separated by a combed diagonal texture worked into the clay before firing. The glazes bleed and interact at their edges in organic, unpredictable ways, giving the surface a landscape-like quality that shifts with the light. The color progression from pale teal and cream at the base to deep burgundy at the shoulder and neck reads almost like a cross-section of the earth itself. A generous ovoid form with a clean flared collar rim, made with real studio craft confidence. Circa 1995
